The RMA is showing that in 2024 there were 297,598,470 acres enrolled in the Pasture Rangeland and Forage Program.
Through the Jun/Jul interval of the year $578,634,779 of indemnities have been paid.
The Pasture Rangeland and Forage program is not drought insurance. It is a program the protects against lack of precipitation based upon a final grid index, within a determined grid, for sixty day intervals. It is available in every county of every state except Hawaii and Alaska.
